By bidding or listing you agree to these terms.
Bidding
Every bid is a binding offer to purchase. Bids cannot be retracted. Bidders must beat the current high bid by at least the stated increment, and any bid in the final two minutes extends the auction by two minutes.
Reserves
Sellers may set a reserve. If bidding ends below the reserve, the lot closes unsold and no sale obligation exists on either side.
Fees
Sellers pay a listing fee on approval. Winning bidders pay a buyer's premium on the hammer price, subject to the published floor and cap. Fees are non-refundable once a lot has gone live.
Listing accuracy
Sellers must describe condition, history, damage and known faults honestly. Bimmer-Bids may edit, delay, or remove any listing, and may cancel bids placed in bad faith.
Payment and delivery
Buyer and seller settle the vehicle or part payment and any transport directly. Bimmer-Bids does not act as escrow agent and is not a party to the sale.
Conduct
Shill bidding, harassment, and off-platform deal circumvention result in permanent account removal.
Liability
Bimmer-Bids provides the marketplace only. We make no warranty regarding any vehicle or part and are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users.
